미국법연구소는 미국법을 필요로 하시는 분들을 위한 교육 연구소입니다.
The Center for American Legal Studies (CALS) is a platform for lawyers to train other lawyers.

저희 연구소는 비영리 프로그램이며 인제대학교 고위자 과정의 일환입니다. 미국법연구소는 소장 김정은과 고문 백선우 변호사에 의해 운영되고 있습니다.

CALS is operated on a non-profit basis, and is hosted at the Inje Institute of Advanced Studies by Director Jungeun Jekkie Kim and Founder/Advisor Son-U Michael Paik.

저희 미국법 연구소는 아래의 세 가지 기본 사업으로 운영되고 있습니다.

1, Practice Series: 실전 외국법 강의: 외국 근무 경험이 있는 변호사들의 주제별 강의.
2. Workshops: 미국법 워크샵
3. White's Law Dictionary: 영한 법률사전

CALS programs and projects include:
1. The Practice Series, an on going program in which foreign attorneys conduct topical introductions of various practice areas for Korean attorneys.
2. Workshops, one to four-day workshops, in which practicing lawyers provide lectures on the particular fields of American law.
3. The English to Korean Legal Dictionary ("White's Law Dictionary")

CALS는 또한 사법연수원의 미국법 프로그램 개발 및 강의에 참여한 바 있습니다.
미국법 강의를 요청하시는 경우 다년의 경험을 바탕으로 로펌이나 회사의 법무팀 등에 적합한 프로그램을 개발하여 강의해 드립니다.

CALS also supported The US Law Program at the Judicial Research & Training Institute of the Republic of Korea with curriculum development and research in American Law.  

Upon request, CALS develops individualized training programs for law firms, corporate legal teams, government and NGOs, on an engagement basis. We have extensive experience in providing U.S. law and compliance training to Korean lawyers at major law firms and corporations.
